By some estimates, as many as 120,000 republican voters will be out tonight to make their choices for the GOP presidential nominee in the Iowa caucuses.The most recent polling puts the race in the three way heat between Mitt Romney, Ron Paul, and Rick Santorum, but that Des Moines Register poll also says 41% of those with a first choice, are still open to changing their choice. The campaign for caucus votes has been underway for almost a year.
