Lake City's topped a new Reader's Digest contest, and they want your help to staying there. KCCI reports it's the 'We Hear You America' contest and Lake City's looking for help with a pool project. The winner will get $50,000. Voting ends March 1st, and Lake City already has over 1.2-million votes. They want the vote of every Iowan.
