Marshalltown Police say they arrested Javier Juarez over the weekend for domestic assault, and child endangerment, after they say he tried to stab his wife and stepfather New Years Eve. There were three children in the home at the time of the incident. The wife and stepfather were treated and released from, a hospital, Juarez is in the Marshall County Jail.
