A Winterset Elementary School third grade teacher's been charged today with three counts of sexual exploitation by a school employee, after police say he was spotted kissing two juvenile girls and fondling one of them during separate incidents in September 2011. The Des Moines Register reports 26 year old Drew Lipovac could get 9-years in prison. A school employee claims Lipovac had inappropriate physical contact with at least one female high school student.
