20-year old Dajour Sawyers has been sentenced to 35-years in prison for vehicular homicide and theft. Police say Sawyers was speeding in a stolen SUV when he ran a red light and slammed into Wells car. He ran from the scene and allegedly tried to steal another car before he was being arrested in a nearby garage. Wells died at the scene.
