The State Health Department's not commenting, but a same sex couple, Jessica and Jenny Buntemeyer of Davenport, are suing the agency for removing on of their names from the death certificate of their stillborn baby boy. They want a new certificate listing both of them. Jessica Buntemeyer gave birth in October, they got the death certificate in January and Jenny's name wasn't on it..
