Two Education Reform Plans Now Pending in the Legislature

The Des Moines Register reports both plans differ greatly from the reform package introduced last month by Governor Branstad. There are worries that student testing requirements not in the Senate bill, could jeopardize the state effort to get a waiver from No Child Left Behind.
