Eight men pleaded guilty in Cedar Rapids to selling cocaine. They're from Cedar Rapids, North Liberty and Chicago, and police say they were convicted of conspiracy to distribute 100 grams or more of heroin within 1,000 feet of a school, and had previous felony drug offenses. A ninth man from Chicago pleaded to distribution of 100 grams of cocaine within a thousand feet of a playground, and also has a previous felony drug offense. No sentencing dates have been set.
