Independent investigators will look into complaints against the Pleasant Hill police chief. KCCI reports that Mayor Mike Richardson said complaints were filed by officers concerned about the way Chief Tim Sittig handles disciplinary action within the department. 'Des Moines-based Moulder and Associates will handle the investigation and will present a final report to city officials. No timetable has been set as of yet.
