Des Moines based Principal Financial Group's again made Working Mother Magazine's list of Top 50 Companies For Executive Women. KCCI reports the magazine says "senior management is truly invested in whether women do well." Of the company's 10,781 employees, 65% are women; and the magazine also reports over 60% of the recent promotions to management and executive jobs went to women.
