National Pancake Day is next Tuesday, and IHOP's the country over, will give away free pancakes between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. and there are three IHOPs in Des Moines. You can get a free short stack, and you'll be asked to make a donation to the Children's Miracle Network. IHOP's goal this year is 2.7 million dollars for the charity.
