The vandals in Cedar Rapids are leaving KKK letters as their signature. Police say they've responded to four calls in three days of the letters representing the Ku Klux Klan on mail boxes, vehicles, and garage doors. One victim says she's not sure that those doing the vandalisms might not understand the meaning of KKK. Police say those doing the vandalisms are likely teens and so are not investigating the incidents as hate crimes.
