Tomorrow morning, Iowa Education Department chief Jason Glass will unveil details of the state’s No Child Left Behind waiver request. 10-states have already gotten exemptions from the accountability requirements in the law, and another 30 are expected to file applications tomorrow asking the government to waive NCLB requirements in favor of a state-created accountability system
