Iowa and four other states are considering whether or not they'll object to a proposed class-action settlement between Honda and car owners over inflated fuel-efficiency claims on the carmaker's hybrid vehicles. KCCI reports the AG's in Iowa, California, Massachusetts, Texas and Washington have until February 29th. A Honda owner won an almost $10-grand judgment against Honda in L.A. Small Claims Court. The class settlement would give owners $100-to-$200.
