The Megabus driver who pleaded guilty to drunk driving with 77 passengers on his bus last October, was sentenced today 77-days in the Johnson County Jail. 53-year old Carl Smiley of Chicago had a run from there to Iowa City and Des Moines when he stopped on I-80. KCCI reports the judge told Smiley everyone of his passengers should know "they factored into the penalty."
