A 48 year old man is in custody for enticement. Des Moines police say Robert Harding tried to lure a 13 year old girl into an alley. She was playing outside with a friend near her house, yesterday. She told her mother a man was motioning for her to join him. When the mother confronted him, he asked how old the girl was and if he could marry her.
