A Waterloo woman's pleaded guilty to charges she drove her car onto a sidewalk, and hit a baby in a stroller. KCCI reports 22-year old Tiffany Sykes
pleaded to going armed with intent and leaving the scene of an accident. Police say May 31st Skyes got into a fight with several people, then got in her car, and drove on the sidewalk going after them. She did it several times before hitting the stroller. She fled the scene, but turned herself in later. She faces up to 5-years.
