Payoff notices are on the way for up to 95-people working at 35 of the state's Workforce Development field offices that are shutting down. Last week, Gov. Branstad rejected language in a bill that would have kept those office open. KCCI reports the first 45 jobs and 31-offices should be gone in 2 to three months. The rest by the end of the year.
