Feds CHange Proposals for Children and Farm Jobs

The Labor Department's changing a plan to keep kids away from some of the most dangerous farm jobs. KCCI reports the Department's new proposal will have more exemptions for children who's parents own or run farms. Farm groups complained the rules would upset traditions where children often work alongside their parents and relatives to learn how a farm operates
