The University of Iowa is sending flood barriers to Louisiana to help communities guard against flooding. They're sending about 12,000 feet of HESCO barriers, which it's had since the 2008 flood. HESCO Bastion asked the University for its' barriers because it didn't have enough on hand to fill Louisiana's order. HESCO will resupply the university and reimburse it for the shipping costs.
