Local man has good luck at Indy despite the weather

A local competitor had some good luck at Indianapolis Motor Speedway over the weekend. Weather cancelled the "Hare and Hound" balloon race and the competitors couldn't lift off. So track organizers improvised a competition by having the pilots take turns throwing a marker a balloos basket on the victory podium toward a goal on pit lane. Pat Fogue from Des Moines won.
