The Army Corps of Engineers says outflows from reservoirs on the Des Moines River are getting back to normal now that the Mississippi Rivers starting to recede in Illinois and Missouri. With the river level falling, a Corps spokesperson says there's no reason to hold back water along tributaries that feed the Mississippi River.
