A 17-year-old was arrested this morning after Des Moines Police say he pulled a handgun and threatened to shoot a group of people involved in a fight. It incident took place in the 900 block of Oakridge Drive. The Des Moines Register says police have charged him with concealing and carrying a dangerous weapon. Allen was taken to the Polk County Jail, then transferred to Meyer Hall, a juvenile detention center.
