Polk County families without enough health insurance or access to health car, can take their preschool to high school age kids to Des Moines' East High School for free physicals, health screenings, and school supplies. The health fair is 1-to-7p.m. tomorrow at 815 E. 13th St. Local health professionals will provide physicals, vision and dental screenings, and immunizations. Children getting care will get a free backpack filled with grade-specific school supplies.
