University of Northern Iowa President Ben Allen got a 4% raise form the board of regents, and he's not going to keep the $12,800. Allen's released a statement saying he and his wife will be give the money to the UNI Foundation for scholarships and other student support. They're setting up an endowment fund to provide scholarships for women in math and science. Before the raise Allen was being paid 320,000/year.
