Des Moines Police say they don't know if the person who shot 23-year old Teandre Trumbo-Talton intended to kill him. Trumbo-Talton was standing on a sidewalk with some friends early Saturday outside Paul Revere's Pizza when he was shot. He died at Mercy Hospital. According to KCCI, a man drove up, got out of his car, fired several times into the group and drove away. If you have information, call 5415-283-4869.
