Twenty-four year old Carlos Olivas is exactly where he wanted to be: in jail. Cedar Rapids Police got a call from Olivas on Sunday. He said he'd scratched two cars and should be taken to jail. Police investigated, the cars were gone, so no jail for Carlos. Then, Olivas called again, claiming same, but couldn't prove it, so still, no jail. Then, Olivas called and said he'd put a brick through a car. That got him three hots and a cot, because Olivas said he had no place to stay.
